Other things we did in July...

We spent quite a bit of time at the neighborhood pool. I did some swimming lessons with our babysitter, Lydia, while Dad did some lessons with Kalia.

Mom went to Belvior Winery with her friends 

Kalia & I tried some new foods - she loved Dad's steak & I like the baked tilapia that Mom made 

Mom & Dad had a date night at the Royals game. While there, they went to the Hall of Fame to see the 2015 World Series trophy. 

Columbus & Horn T Zoo

After being on the farm for a few days, Gramma & Papa on the farm met up with Gramma & Papa on the lake so we could spend a few days on the lake. We fed the ducks a LOT,

played in the neighbors tree house, 

and made s'mores with Molly

Then Mom & Dad came to the lake on the weekend...

On our way home on Sunday, we went to a nearby town to go to a zoo called Horn T Zoo. It's very small and only has a handful of animals, but we were able to get up close to them, feed them, and pet them. We had a blast!! We fed the monkeys grapes, grass to the zebras & camel, 

I even got to RIDE on top of a tortoise!! It was SO much fun!!

Time on the farm / Fair Time!

We went to Le Mars for the weekend...spent some time on the farm with Emma & Evan...

then we were at Kellen's Pond for the Ryan family reunion where we saw lots and lots of family...great aunts & uncles, cousins, cousins & more cousins and Great Gramma, of course!

Kalia was SO brave and went down the zip line with cousin Kara! She did not like going under water at the end though!

After the reunion, Mom & Dad had to head back to Kansas City to work, but Kalia & I got to stay on the farm for a couple days. We had lots of fun with Gramma & Papa...

 We caught lightening bugs (we don't have them in Missouri)!!

 Gramma & Papa took us to the Plymouth County Fair!

Family Night at the Royals

We all went to see the Royals play. They weren't in a very good winning streak and it was REALLY hot, but we always have fun!!

This is when we got the news that our good friend Megan Schonhorst got engaged! We were so excited for her!
