Other things we did in May:
We took Mom out for lunch after church on Mother's Day.
Baseball practice was cancelled (due to rain) on our way to the diamond, so we turned around & got donuts on our way home! Yay!
A day of swimming with our friends Santina & Frankie!
Mom & Dad have been really busy getting ready to sell our house. Kalia & I have been sad that we haven't done many special things lately, but they promised us when we're all done and moved that we would do something extra special.
Surprise!!! The 1st day of showings we had an offer! Whew! Was that good news, because Mom & Dad already put an offer on the house we were going to move to.
Fortunately, we are staying in the same neighborhood - just moving 5 blocks away to the back, newer part of the 'hood. Here's our new house:
We move the weekend of June 23rd.
