March 2018

We also did this in March...
Mom helped on our field trip to the School of Economics. We had lots of fun! We earned 'money' at school and came here to learn how to spend it. We even had to 'buy' our lunch!

Backyard sunrise
Backyard deer came for a visit
Kalia watching Moana for the thousandth time with her heart of tafiti
My school did a Fun Run fundraiser where we asked for pledges for how many laps I can run. The more pledges we got, we could earn prizes. Then the whole school ran laps. It was a lot of fun! And a great activity to get the school active!
Kalia accompanied Mom on a coffee date while I was at soccer
Backyard turkeys
Kalia at Kindergarten round-up with her friend, Ella

Mom was chatting with Emma & making bunny faces

Hatchimals activity at Target
A REALLY, REALLY cold soccer game.

A couple posts that Kalia was in from the dance studio...

Easter in Columbus

We spent Easter weekend in Columbus...
We won't see the Armbruster's in a year or so as they will be moving to Australia at the end of May, so we were sure to spend lots of time with them this weekend!
Easter egg hunt at Pawnee Park - it was COOOOLD!!!!
Sophia & Amelia went with Grampa to help hide the candy...which was only to Kalia's benefit because they told her where to find them!!

Baking with Grandma...making sugar cookies!
The whole cookie crew!
And of course, what would Columbus be without a dance performance! The girls had lots of fun when Molly brought all of her old dance costumes over for them to wear. Kalia loved it!

Opening Day with the Royals

It was a very cold and rainy opening day this year...we had our sweatshirts out and hats & gloves.
The Royals are celebrating their 50th Anniversary this year
The introduction of some of our favorite players...

And Dad ran in the hot dog race...
and got smoked by some young track star (relish) who was stretching before the race
