School & Field Trip Photos

1st Grade field trip to Kaleidoscope

Kalia had a blast because it was all arts & crafts - her favorite!

Practicing my spelling words

We studied a unit on electricity and had to make an apartment room with one source of electricity. My partner & I were given the living room with a working ceiling fan. Then we had to create a pamphlet to advertise to a potential renter.

I passed all of my math goals!

The Kansas City mayor, Quinton Lucas, came for a visit and to talk to us. This was really cool!

Kalia Field Trip to Coterie Theater

Kalia's class took a 2nd field trip to the Coterie Theater to see The Beat Bugs

Lunch time!

Kalia Field Trip to Fun Farm #2

Since the 1st field trip was rained out mid-way through, Kalia's class was able to go back and thoroughly enjoy everything the Fun Farm had to offer!

Field Trip to KCI Airport

I had a field trip to KCI where we go to learn all about planes!
