It was getting towards the end of summer break...so Dad took us on a field trip to Moon Marble where we got to see how marbles are made (and come home with some new marbles and a new game)!

I got to go to school with Kalia for a couple days before school started and Dad went to school meetings. While I was there we participated in preschool Olympics. It was so fun!!

Iowa State Fair

Mom took Kalia & me to the IA State Fair in Des Moines. We stayed with our friend (& my buddy, Megan Schonhorst). Aunt Molly came & spent the day with us. We had SO MUCH FUN!! Mom definitely wants to make this an annual tradition! We got there around 9am and didn't leave until 5:30pm. Mom said we were really good troopers - and Kalia didn't even get a nap until she fell asleep in the car on the way back to Megan's!
