Kalia played parks & rec soccer. It started out a little slow as the league was a bit disorganized at first. Kalia also didn't have much interest...or maybe she just didn't understand what was going on? Each week they had 30 minutes of drills & practicing followed with 30 minutes of scrimmage time. Kalia loved the drills & games they played, but when it came to the actual scrimmage, she showed no interest. When she was asked about it she said she didn't want to take the ball away from anyone.
She also insisted on getting these orange shorts to match her orange shirt. Oy.
This was the last game and it seemed that she was catching on a bit and actually attempting to chase after & kick the ball.
