Kalia - 4 Months

Kalia is a very alert and happy baby girl. She's very aware of her surroundings and loves to look around at everything. This sometimes makes it hard for Mommy when she's trying to feed her - and big brother Beckett makes a very easy distraction! She loves to look at the TV and her favorite toy is her Taggie blanket (besides the pacifier). She likes to pull the pacifier out, play with it and attempt to stick it back in her mouth, though not always successful. She still sleeps very good. She goes down around 9:30-10 and sleeps until 5-ish. After she eats, she'll go back down until 8:30-9. She doesn't take much of a morning nap, except for a little snooze here or there, but will take a great 2-3 hour nap in the afternoon and another little snooze in the evening sometime.

She lights up when she sees Mommy or Daddy walk into the room and loves to watch Beckett play. She is an absolute joy and we can't imagine our lives without her!

HAPPY GOLDEN 4 MONTH BIRTHDAY!

Weekend on the farm

Spent the rest of the weekend at the farm. I visited all the animals, rode the gator with Uncle Marc and did chores with Papa. I have so much fun there! We also ate Bob's at Castle Park where I got to play. It was a blast!

Wedding time!

We headed to Iowa at the end of June to see Mommy's cousin get married. Glad we have excuses such as these to get everyone together at least once a year!

Kalia Rolled Over!

Kalia rolled over for the first time today! No one actually saw it, but Mommy, Daddy & I were at the table eating dinner and Kalia was laying on the floor. Next thing we know, Kalia is screaming and having a fit. We looked down at her and she was on her tummy, not knowing what to do next or how to get back over! Here was her reaction:
