Tiny Tot T-Ball

I started Tiny Tot T-ball with my friends Carson & Fletcher. It's just 4 sessions where they teach the basics and skills of t-ball. Then, the last week we have a scrimmage. First we practice grounders, then hitting the ball off the tee, then catching balls (also practicing "I got it!"), then throwing the ball, and finally we practice running the bases. Whew! That's a lot of work for a 3-year old! They give us a fruit snack and juice box at the end. I can't wait to go back!

 

 



Kalia - 3 Months

Kalia has hit the 3 month mark and is growing like a weed! She has become a bit more mobile by kicking her legs until they spin her around. She sometimes will kick her legs hard enough that she turns on her side - almost to roll over! Not sure if we're ready for that just yet! She also likes to watch all the movement on the tv. We are starting to hear a lot more squeals and giggles out of her little slobbery mouth as she's trying to find her voice. She also grabs her rattle and shakes it around, but her favorite is to grab her blanket and stick it in her mouth. She still gets swaddled for bedtime and sleeps through the night until she get's woken up at 5am to eat, then goes back down again until 9. Ahhh, the busy life of a baby!

Fun at the Royals game!

Craig, Becky, TJ and Luke were here for TJ's soccer tournament over Memorial Day weekend. Daddy and I went to watch him play. On Sunday, we all went to the Royals game. Baby Kalia even got to come! She was really good and slept most of the time! TJ, Luke and I had lots of fun playing in the outfield experience!
