Our baby girl is growing up way too fast! Our big 7-month-old is all over the place now! She doesn't really crawl, but rather army crawls her way everywhere, unless she's sitting up or rolling around to get her hands on something she's found. She loves to find paper and play with it or put it in her mouth. She loves to play with all of her toys, especially ones that make noise. She keeps a pretty keen eye on big brother, Beckett, on whatever he's doing. He loves to sing "Pat-A-Cake" and "Pop! Goes the Weasel" to her and read books to her. He can get her to giggle most any time. She voices her opinion a lot now too. You can hear her 'talking' and 'singing' with an occasional high pitched scream every now and then. When we can't get the bottle ready fast enough you will hear her saying "mama mama mama" or sometimes she likes to whisper "da da da da".
She's always had a pretty good sleep schedule. We've recently dropped her 5am feeding and just let her sleep now. She gets up between 7-7:30 and usually has a short snooze here or there in the morning, takes a good nap in the afternoon, and then is ready for bed & asleep by 8:30pm.
As for eating, she's had a variety of 'solid' (as in pureed) foods such as sweet potato, green beans, avocado, pears, peaches, applesauce and blueberries. Her favorites are probably avocados, pears & peaches. She loves to gobble them up!
